Medical back up
Airport Medical Services provides medical back up for a whole range of offshore companies. A doctor is available 24/7 for telephone consultation to provide effective medical advice to the on-site paramedic or health and safety representative. If the situation is serious enough, the doctor can decide to have the patient brought back to the mainland. Furthermore, we can also provide on-site medical assistance.

In addition to medical back up we can carry out inspections/audits of the medical facilities available in the site hospital. We can also provide the necessary medical provisions, such as bandages and dressings and medical equipment (such as AEDs). We can also set up the medical centre on location, at the platform.  

Offshore examinations
Time is often crucial for workers in the offshore industry. This is why we offer medical examinations just before workers actually leave for the platform, which is highly efficient. Our examinations are carried out by medical professionals and comply with all international standards.
